CANCELATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES

Low season: (from May 1 to September 30)

• Cancellations made more than 15 days before check-in, you will receive a refund of 75% or the option of a credit valid for one year from the date of cancellation.

• Cancellations made 7 days before arrival, receive a penalty for 1 night.

• Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in, we will charge 50% of the total reservation.

• There is no refund for "No show"

 

High season and holidays: (October 1 to April 30)

• Cancellations made more than 15 days before check-in, you will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit paid or the option of a credit valid for one year from the date of cancellation.

• Cancellations made 15 days before arrival, we will charge 100% of the total reservation.

• There is no refund for "No show"

 

High demand holidays:

(Bridges, Easter, Summer holidays, Christmas, New Year, Labor Day)

• We will charge 100% of the total amount paid, including taxes.

• Non-refundable rates, the reservation can not be modified.

 

Promotional prices

• Non-refundable rates: promotional rates are not refundable and reservations can not be modified.

 

ENTERING THE HOTEL

When making photo identification registration, a credit card is required to make a guarantee deposit for 2,000 pesos, which will be canceled at the time of departure.
